- For sleeping or relaxing, it is a good tool to listen to classical sounds, lounge, cello or nature.
- The brain can in detail listen to musical waves and do any other activity, without complications.
- Listening to soft melodies and volume decreases blood pressure and fear responses.
- Increases our intellectual performance and stimulates the brain
